Medical Rides

 At CHSN, we believe everyone deserves access to essential healthcare. Our dedicated volunteer drivers play a crucial role in making this possible, providing reliable transportation for individuals seeking non-urgent medical care. Medical rides are reimbursed by approved agencies (ODSP, Ontario Works, etc.), making it easier for you to focus on your health. Please remember to book your ride at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot. 

 

Transit for Vulnerable Individuals

At CHSN, we partner with local agencies like Madoc C.O.P.E. and Pathways to Independence (Belleville) to offer essential transit services for adults with developmental disabilities. Our dedicated volunteer and staff drivers are committed to ensuring these individuals can access valuable day programs that enhance their quality of life. Together, we’re making a positive impact, one ride at a time!

 

 

Accessibility Transportation

CHSN proudly operates two accessibility vans designed to provide transportation for individuals with assistive devices. Our vans ensure that everyone has safe and reliable access to essential services and activities, promoting independence and inclusivity within our community. Your mobility matters to us!

CHSN we are not able to offer public transit at this time.
